As we say goodbye to summer, we're seeing a 1.2% increase in new U.S. home listings, the highest in the past three months. At the same time, pending sales have dipped by 1.3%, reaching their lowest point since March. While the median asking price edged down by 0.1%, the median sale price is still up 1.8% compared to last year—reflecting the effects of higher mortgage rates and some economic uncertainty.
